Dr. Fletcher is the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He also chairs the board of TV3 Network Ltd, Hong Kong Asia Holdings and Maxima Financial Group in the USA. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Fletcher International Services, Inc., based in USA, a position he has held since 1992. He worked as special advisor to the assistant Secretary General and Director of the United Nations Development Program for Africa from 1999 to 2000.
He is the Founder and Chairman of Life for Africa, and a director to several high profile companies across the world. He overseas several humanitarian organizations which contribute towards the betterment of Africa. He provides oversight, guidance and counsel for the current benefit and future expansion of the company.
Dr. Kingsley Fletcher is the Suapolor of the Se (Shai) Traditional Area. As the Traditional ruler, he leads the Se Kingdom and state in peace, progress and development and represents the interest of the people in national and international affairs.
Ben Oduro is a licensed CPA and CA. He has a BS Accounting and Masters Degree in Taxation from Old Dominion University, Virginia, USA. He was the Founder and Managing Partner of Ben Oduro & Associates and principal partner for Benod Financial Group, LLC. He also served as a Tax Audit/ Compliance Officer for Washington DC Government's tax and revenue Agency and the US Federal Internal Revenue Service.
In 2005, Ben Oduro received the Washington DC Government award for a joint investigative tax audit with the IRS that resulted in the largest tax fraud case involving an individual in the history of the US. He was an adjunct professor of accounting, tax research and planning in the graduate accounting program at the Strayer University. He has also served on the Boards of for many civic and professional organizations.
Currently, Mr. Oduro is an adjunct faculty member at the Central University Graduate School of Business in Accra. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and Ghana Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Mrs. Ama Adoma Bartels-Kodwo is a Ghanaian, married with 3 Children. She holds a degree in Economics and Geography. For six years, between June 2003 and March 2009, she worked as a General Manager of Comtrans Ltd. Prior to this she worked as General Manager of Cahstrde Ltd between 1977 and February 1999. She also worked at Ghana National Procurement Agency where she held several positions: sales manager, research Manager, purchasing Manager, Assistant Buyer and acting Secretary to the GNPA Board.
Ama Adoma Bartels-Kodwo is currently the Managing Director of CT&H Resources Ltd.
Mr. Amenyo Setordzie is the Managing Director of the company who leads the strategic development of the company’s business and the overall growth strategy of FirstBanC. He has several years of experience in financial advisory services in Ghana and beyond.
Until his appointment, he was the Executive Director of Strategic Debt Solutions Limited. He has worked with UMB Investment Holdings Limited (UMB-IHL) as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining UMB-IHL, he was the Chief Executive Officer of EGAS Capital Limited, in charge of the overall strategic and operational directions of the Company. His role also encompassed deal origination and execution, structured finance and corporate restructuring.
Mr. Setordzie worked with African Management Services Company (AMSCO) in the Johannesburg Office, as a Project Officer and later as Senior Project Officer for about six (6) years, where he was in charge of business development in South Africa, Zambia and Democratic Republic of Congo and he worked with several companies located in this Region.
AMSCO was a project set up by the United Nations Development Programme, African Development Bank and the International Finance Corporation (a member of the World Bank Group). He also worked with Agence Française de Développement/PROPARCO and Merchant Bank Ghana Limited as Investment Officer and Deputy Manager respectively. Other institutions Mr. Setordzie had previously worked for include the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Ernst and Young and Pannell Kerr Forster.
He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA in Finance and BSc Administration (Banking and Finance Option) from the University of Ghana. He holds a certificate in Investment Appraisal and Risk Analysis from John Deutsch International, Queen's University, Canada and Professional Project Management from the George Washington University Business School.
Pearl Mingle is the Executive Director responsible for the Finance and Administration functions of the company. She joined the Board of Directors in January 2016. Prior to that she was the Financial Controller and was earlier responsible for the Internal Audit function of the company.
Pearl is a Chartered Accountant (ICA Ghana) with over fourteen years of post qualification experience in senior audit and finance roles in the manufacturing, media and financial services industries. Prior to joining FirstBanC Financial Services Ltd., she was the Head, Internal Audit for Multimedia Group Ltd. where she successfully led the audit and process improvement of various business units across radio, television and online platforms. She was also Head of Finance for Leasafric Ghana Ltd. Pearl also holds an MBA from the Delta International University in the USA.
